How to get there

Travel by Car

If you like to travel by car, please see the Map below for the exact location. Hotel Bosei is readily accessible from the A2 Südautobahn and via an expressway from the A1 Westautobahn. Guests are just minutes away from the very heart of the metropolis on the Danube. Guest parking (both cars and buses) is available at the hotel.

Travel by Train

You may reach the hotel by taking the City Airport Train (CAT) from the international aiport SCHWECHAT to the city center, Landstraße - Wien Mitte. From there you can travel via the Vienna Lokalbahn commuter rail system (Badner Bahn), one of the many bus lines or the underground. Travel by Taxi

The fastest way to travel to the hotel is by taking a taxi directly from the international airport SCHWECHAT to the Austria Trend Hotel Bosei. We recommend these companies (approx. € 25 to € 33):

Located inside the Wienerberg recreation area, surrounded by a golf course and not far from the city center, you will discover the Austria Trend Hotel Bosei. 195 rooms, 9 conference rooms, restaurant with golf view and a restaurant with terrace and private hotel parking for free.

Main Meeting Room: Picasso: A + B: 200 square meters Accommodates up to 150 persons and is equipped “state of the art” including Internet. The Main Meeting Room is accessible during the entire duration of the IPC Meeting and available 24 hours. Restaurant “Green Corner” is designated for the coffee breaks.

Additional Meeting Rooms (Dali, Klimt, Schiele): 

  • Dali, 44 square meters, accommodates up to 15 persons and provided 24 hours including Internet.
  • Klimt, 44 square meters, accommodates up to 15 persons and provided 24 hours including Internet.
  • Schiele, 44 square meters, accommodates up to 15 persons and provided 24 hours including Internet.

Technical Working Room and Printing Room: next to the meeting rooms (printer, copier etc.), will be available during the meeting to all members of the committees and to all delegates. Information Board at the Reception Area.

Entry / Registration fee

  • € 680 for a single room and € 640 for a double room. All rooms fulfill the standards of a Middle-European 4 star hotel.  

The Entry / Registration fee includes:

  • Single or double rooms from Tuesday afternoon 28th January 2014 to Sunday noon 2nd February 2014.
  • One coffee break on day of arrival
  • Breakfast from January 29th to Sunday 2nd February
  • Lunch at the venue from January 29th to Sunday 2nd February
  • Two coffee breaks a day from January 29th to Saturday 1st February
  • One coffee break on the day of departure
  • Special Dinner on Saturday 1st February


  • Entry Fee without accommodation, breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks: € 250
  • Accompanying persons in a double room: € 500 (covers: accommodation, breakfast, lunch and special dinner)

Registration and payment by bank transfer is required by December 2nd 2013.

Payment must be done via international bank transfer.  For international bank transfer the payment details are:

Bank charges (fees) must be paid by the corresponding NAC respectively by the payer.We expect the full amount without deductions. No accommodation can be guaranteed by the organizer if payment is received late. Late registration must pay an additional fee of € 50.
